Any free 4* give aways?

Hi,

I'm new and not sure how to trade. Every trade I send I can only add my own items/cards and can't seem to select anything from the other party. What am I doing wrong? I am over level 30 so confused.

If anybody (veterans) has any 4* cards they can afford to give away, please do help me!
